As part of the dynamic Kingsmen group, Kingsmen Malaysia was founded in 1982, specializing in two business segments – exhibitions & events and interiors. Strategically located in Seri Kembangan and having over 100 experienced designers, project management personnel and skilled craftsmen in providing end-to-end solution from design to production. Kingsmen Malaysia Timeline

Keb System Sdn Bhd, the Humble Beginning of Kingsmen Malaysia

April 12, 1982

Everything on Kingsmen Malaysia started when our founders; Mr. Benedict Soh, Mr. Simon Ong & Mr. Cheong founded the Keb System Sdn Bhd in 12th April 1983. As the first start, Keb System was a creative house which offered creative design & project management services for Event & Exhibitions and Retail Interiors. Similar to most of the startups in 1980s, Kingsmen Malaysia first landed at Jalan Hicks, Kuala Lumpur.

In 1984, Kingsmen was relocated to Jalan Lok Yew, KL.

Signage & Graphics, The New Frontier Explored!

March 24, 1995

In 1995, the dream to visualize the “multisegmental” Kingsmen Malaysia was initiated. Keb Displays & Signs Sdn Bhd (currently known as Kingsmen Keg Sdn Bhd) was established on 24th March 1995 as a local company that ventured into the Signage & Way-finding industry.

Kingsmen Gets a New Face

January 1, 1997

As our business grew larger, Kingsmen embarked on brand revitalization exercise in order to create a stronger identity & increase market competitiveness. A New Kingsmen Group Corporate Logo was introduced for every office across the globe in 1997.

From Keb System into Kingsmen Malaysia

April 23, 1997

In the same year, Kingsmen Malaysia was officially expanded into a Corporate Group Structure. Kingsmen Sdn Bhd and Keb Designers & Producers Sdn Bhd (currently know as Kingsmen Projects Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on 23rd April 1997 and joined the existing Keb System Sdn Bhd and Keb Displays & Signs Sdn Bhd (Kingsmen KEG Sdn Bhd) to form the multisegmental “Kingsmen Malaysia”. From that day onward, we serve better in each & every way than before!

We Expand Further & Greater

July 1, 2004

In 2007, Kingsmen Malaysia has reached full capacity to serve multiple business segments. We relocated our office to Balakong in order to include carpentry, electrical & metal works into our production list. Kingsmen became a total solution service provider for Event & Exhibitions, Retail & Corporate Interiors and Signage ever since.

Media One Global Sdn Bhd (currently known as KEG Production Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on 5th February 2008 to further extend Kingsmen Malaysia’s carpentry, electrical & metal works fabrication capacity.

With the prosperous business environment, a Theming team was formed as Kingsmen Malaysia’s representative to venture into theme park & entertainment construction related industry in 2009.

The Great Catastrophe

April 21, 2010

On 21st April 2010, the flame turns the two decades of hard work into dust.

Temporary Office in Balakong

May 3, 2010

Kingsmen Malaysia moved on despite the horrendous flames that cost everything. A temporary office was established 10 days after the great catastrophe. Kingsmen Malaysia continued to serve the market’s needs.

Rebirth of Kingsmen Malaysia

September 25, 2011

The great flame cost Kingsmen Malaysia a lot but our impregnable spirit led us to something bigger & better. On 25th September 2011, Kingsmen Malaysia re-establish its office & production factory in Seri Kembangan with double the scale than before.

Kingsmen Malaysia has gained recognition from various industry players including the Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS). We were awarded the MACEOS 30th Years of Excellence Services Award on 10th October 2018.

Job Responsibilities :

*Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.

*Handle evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, cost estimation, procurement support, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors, pre and post contract duties including tendering and site valuation works.

*Have the knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications & drawing.

*Measure customer satisfaction and continually improve the procedures and specification (suggest preventive and corrective action).

*Can work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey / Building / Construction Management.

*Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients and suppliers.

*Willing to travel.

*Willing to work long hours and weekends when required.

Senior Executive / Executive (Event & Exhibition)

Job Responsibilities :

*Account Service :

~To fulfill sales target allocated.

~Observe project management & planning by project management team.

~Dealing with clients from various nationalities on their request and solve their enquiries effectively.

~Periodical progress reports to Manager.

~To ensure profitability of project and collections.

~To look after clients needs including after sales services.

~To carry out duties in a responsible manner to ensure long term interest of the company and clients.

~Research and prepare monthly Sales Forecast.

~All projects must be well managed to ensure high quality finishes, right ambience and on-schedule completion.

*Operations :

Job Requirements :

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

*Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in this related field will be an added advantage.

*Able to communicate sites issues effectively with contractors, landlord & clients.

*Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

*Candidate fluent in mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities :

*Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement.

*Periodical progress reports of division to immediate superior.

*Research and prepare monthly sales forecast.

*To uphold personal honestly and integrity in performing your daily duties and to safeguard the company’s confidentially.

*To report to head of department and shall be manage for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction/renovation contract including variation orders, etc.

*Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.

*Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.

*Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.

*Track changes to the design and/or construction works and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

*Measure and value the work done on site.

*Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project coordinator.

*Performs other responsibilities associated with this positions as may be appropriate.

Job Requirements :

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture, Interior & Design or equivalent.

*Atleast 3 years of working experience on project management in the related field is required for this position.

Site Coordinator

*Monitor site progress & prepare weekly site report to Sales Executive/Manager.

*Assist Sales Executives liasing with sub-contractors to confirm fit out works are carried accordingly to drawing to check on their workmanship & quality of works before deliveries.

*Responsible of works safety & cleanliness at site.

*Responsible for all transport and manpower arrangements.

*Monitor site management and control daily progress until the site is satisfactory handover.
