Executive, ContractÂ
Job Responsibilities :
*Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.
*Handle evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, cost estimation, procurement support, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors, pre and post contract duties including tendering and site valuation works.
*Have the knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications & drawing.
*Measure customer satisfaction and continually improve the procedures and specification (suggest preventive and corrective action).
*Can work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.
Job Requirements :
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey / Building / Construction Management.
*Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients and suppliers.
*Willing to travel.
*Willing to work long hours and weekends when required.
*Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
*Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
