Manager / Assistant Manager, Account Service (Event & Exhibition)
Job Responsibilities :
*Identify, plan and manage event / exhibition strategies and activities to meet corporate goals.
*Achieve sales target by evaluating & implementing new business opportunities.
*As part of the growing team, work closely with and support various business units to develop and implement signature events / exhibitions and provide professional recommendations to clients.
*Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, monitoring and executing of all events and related activities independently or as a team.
*Possess leadership quality – to lead and inspire a team of events personnel to support and achieve business and events objective.
*A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills.
*Monitor project management & execution by project management team.
Job Requirements :
*Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Event Management / Mass Communication / Design is preferred. A Master Degree in relevant field is advantageous.
*Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity with proven track record in event management.
*Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to lead and motivate team members to meet deadlines under pressure.
*A detail-minded person who is sensitive with figure & have an excellent grasp of P & L.
*A strategic thinker with strong leadership, resourcefulness and able to think out of the box.
*Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
*Must possess own transport & willing to travel at short notice.
*Computer literate.
*Full time position available and be prepare to travel outstation.
