Executive, Account Service (Retail Fitout)

Job Responsibilities :

*Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement.

*Periodical progress reports of division to immediate superior.

*Research and prepare monthly sales forecast.

*To uphold personal honestly and integrity in performing your daily duties and to safeguard the company’s confidentially.

*To report to head of department and shall be manage for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction/renovation contract including variation orders, etc.

*Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.

*Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.

*Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.

*Track changes to the design and/or construction works and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

*Measure and value the work done on site.

*Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project coordinator.

*Performs other responsibilities associated with this positions as may be appropriate.

Job Requirements :

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture, Interior & Design or equivalent.

*Atleast 3 years of working experience on project management in the related field is required for this position.

*Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

*Able to work independently & in a team-oriented environment.

*Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS systems and procedures.

*Possess own transport and willing to travel.

*Able to work under pressure & willing to work long hours.
